iQOO Malaysia has launched the iQOO 15 in the local market following its global debut in Shenzhen in October 2025, making it among the latest devices to feature the new Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, with gaming-focused features as part of the package from vivoβs gaming sub-brand.
iQOO 15 Lands In Malaysia

The iQOO 15 is equipped with three variants of UFS 4.1 storage (256GB, 512GB, 1TB) and, depending on your chosen configuration, 12GB or 16GB of LPDDR5X-9600 memory (branded as βUltraβ), or the faster 16GB LPDDR5X-10667 βUltra Proβ memory exclusive to the 1TB variant. Like many contemporary models, thereβs a co-processor in the form of Supercomputing Chip Q3 which integrates dedicated cores for display processing, ray tracing, plus AI upscaling and frame generation features.
On the display side, it features a Samsung-developed 6.85-inch M14 βLEADβ AMOLED display with a QHD+ resolution (3168 x 1440, 19.8:9 aspect ratio), 144Hz refresh rate, 10-bit color, 118% NTSC color gamut, Dolby Vision support, with 1,000 nits standard max brightness, 2,600 nits HBM brightness and 6,000 nits HDR peak brightness. Under the display youβll find an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor, with the whole device rated for IP68 and IP69 ingress protection ratings.

In terms of the cameras, the iQOO 15 includes a trio of 50MP sensors on the back (housed on a single camera bump surrounding by integrated lighting), along with a 32MP unit for selfies; its battery is a 7,000mAh unit capable of receiving 100W of charging speed, while the software runs on Android 16-based OriginOS 6, which is the first global iQOO model to be based on the new operating system that superseded Funtouch OS of old. Despite its claims of UI smoothness, one simply canβt ignore the sheer similarities of its interface to that of Appleβs Liquid Glass design on iOS 26.
The iQOO 15 is available in three variants: 12GB+256GB, 16GB+512GB, and 16GB+1TB, priced at RM3,699, RM3,899, and RM4,299 respectively. Do note that only the 16GB+512GB variant will be available through physical retailers, while the other two will be online exclusives; regardless of configurations chosen, they will offered in βZenβ and βLegendβ color options, which in plain language means holographic ink wash design, and plain white color, respectively.
Pokdepinion: Iβm starting to realize many flagship have the exact same frame design.
