The TUF Gaming VG27UQEL5A, meanwhile, is a mainstream offering for those looking for DFR-capable monitors at a lower price point (it’s also the first TUF Gaming model to feature 4K DFR panel). Its 4K IPS panel operates at 80Hz by default, with Full HD mode boosting the refresh rate to 310Hz through a hotkey switch. The monitor also features VESA DisplayHDR 400 certification and 120% sRGB color gamut coverage, while connectivity options include DisplayPort 1.4 and HDMI 2.0.

Notably, three of the monitors above have a feature called Smart Pixel Technology, and in essence, it is an upscaling technology that applies on FHD resolutions as these monitors switch to low-resolution DFR mode. There’s also ELMB Sync technology that helps boost motion clarity for fast moving objects on-screen, which is useful for competitive setting.

ASUS says the TUF Gaming VG27UQEL5A is currently available in Malaysia with a suggested retail price of RM1,590, while both ROG Strix models are expected to be available in early July 2026.
