Warframe is Coming to Nintendo Switch – More Games to Enjoy

It looks like the Nintendo Switch is getting another major port, and it’s Warframe. It might be reason to hop back into the game soon.

Digital Extremes’ Warframe has had a great run so far on the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC, with over 38 million registered players. Today, we learn that another platform is soon going to join the fray…which you can probably already guess which platform at this point.

If you guessed the Nintendo Switch, then you’re correct. The port of Warframe is being developed by the good folks over at Panic Button, who has done work on DOOM, Wolfenstein: The New Colossus, and Rocket League.

The announcement was just made at TennoCon, which is Warframe‘s own fan convention, and we received a trailer for it, which you can view at the top of this post.

A release date / window has not been announced, so we’ll have to stay tuned on that. We will be reporting on it as soon as information becomes available.

Pokdepinion: It’s a port many gamers can get excited for. The idea of easily playing Warframe on the go is certainly attractive…assuming the internet connection is decent at least of course.
