It looks like we’re seeing yet another crossover in fighting games as SNK’s own Terry Bogard will be making his way to the newly released Fighting EX Layer.

SNK’s Terry Bogard Coming to Fighting EX Layer

At the end of the recently concluded Fighting EX Layer tournament at EVO 2018 which took place in Las Vegas, developer Arika presented a new trailer promising updates for the game.

First things first, we got a confirmation for the previously-teased Vulcano Rosso and Pullum Purna, that will be added to the game as part of a free update between the end of August and the beginning of September this year. Yes, it’s happening pretty soon.

An arcade version will also come and will be playable at select arcade in North America. Last, but not least, is the inclusion of Terry Bogard from SNK’s Fatal Fury and The King of Fighters series.

Yet, that’s not all, as the end of the trailer appears to tease other characters, and if I am not mistaken, those look like Sharon and Area from Street Fighter EX.

You can check out the new trailer at the top of this post. Fighting EX Layer is now available on the PlayStation 4, and arcade versions of the game will be coming out in the near future.

Pokdepinion: I certainly wasn’t expecting them to do something like Tekken 7 where Akuma came in as a guest character. I wonder if they’re gonna add more to the game’s roster. It will get people more interested in the game, that’s for sure.
