Retailer revealed Nokia 9 Pureview’s Malaysian Launch Date
Are you among the Nokia fans that’s waiting for the flagship Nokia 9 Pureview? While the phone was introduced to the public at MWC 2019, there hasn’t been any confirmation about its launching here in Malaysia. Thanks to one of our reader here in Pokde.net, we could possibly see it soon.
According to a conversation with a Nokia retailer that’s located in Bangsar, the Nokia 9 Pureview is set to arrive to our shores next month. Despite that, there’s no precise date that’s been revealed by them. It’s worth noting that they aren’t the official page for Nokia/HMD Malaysia but acts as one of their authorized dealers.
Revealed alongside the Nokia 210(2019), Nokia 1 Plus, Nokia 3.2, and Nokia 4.2, the Nokia 9 Pureview sports a 5.99-inch OLED PureDisplay that comes with under-display fingerprint sensor. The main highlight of the device is sure to be the 5 camera lens setup at the back, which is a world’s first.
Under the hood is a Snapdragon 845 chipset that comes with dedicated custom ASIC and a 3320mAh battery that also can be charged wirelessly. Other than that, it comes with 6GB LPPDDR4x RAM that’s paired with 128GB UFS 2.1 storage and it offers an IP67 protection rating.
The Nokia 9 Pureview was revealed at MWC 2019 with a US$699 price tag (~RM2848).
