Before the time of Geralt, there was Vesemir. If you’re not aware of the story of have yet to play the game before, he is the mentor/teacher for Geralt. The story starts with a cocky and young Vesemir who slay monsters for coin. When a dangerous new power rises on the Continent, he learns that some witchering jobs are about more than just money.

The world of The Witcher expands in this anime origin story and if you want to catch it, it will be released on the 23rd of August 2021. The show lasts for 81 minutes, in case you’re wondering.
