We reported earlier about the upcoming Kingdom Hearts 3 game apparently being leaked online due to some gamers getting their hands on the game earlier than expected. With fans expecting a full-fledged sequel for more than 13 years already, this definitely worried some gamers about facing spoilers before they go to play it themselves.
Tetsuya Nomura, the director ofΒ Kingdom Hearts IIIΒ and the series as a whole has now commented on the situation, you can read his statement below from the officialΒ Kingdom HeartsΒ Twitter:
Weβre aware that a small portion ofΒ Kingdom Hearts IIIΒ has been circulating online before its official release. We are also aware as to how this has all happened. Weβre sorry to see this caused concern amongst our fans who are excited for the release.
The whole team has been working together since yesterday night (Japan time) to investigate what we can do to better this situation, but first we would like to ask that you do not share these videos.
The gameβs epilogue and secret movie, which are the biggest spoilers in this game, are planned to be released at a later date just in case, so they will not be shown before the gameβs release.
We want everyone to be able to equally experience the full game after its release, so we ask for your continued support on this matter.
Weβre also very grateful that our fans have been warning each other already about the spoilers. Thank you very much.
Weβre one month out from the release. Letβs enjoy the game together when it releases on January 29, 2019.

Based on the tweet, it seems that the final portion of the game will only be released via a day one patch. This means that whoever actually can play early wouldnβt be able to finish the game no matter what.
Now that you can finally rest a little bit easier knowing the last bit of the game wonβt be spoiled,Kingdom Hearts 3 will be coming to the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on 29th January 2019.
Pokdepinion: Well, as long as thereβs no major spoilers on the internet, Iβm happy.
