Here’s What Nintendo Had To Say About The Whole “Joy-Con Drift” Issue

If you’re a Nintendo Switch user, you might have encountered with the whole “Joy-Con drift” problem that some are facing. The issue happens when the joysticks on the controllers detect movement, even if you didn’t touch it at all. It seems that the folks at Nintendo has something to say on the matter.

The company has told Switch users who experience the issue to visit their customer support website. In an interview with Kotaku, a representative from Nintendo has said “At Nintendo, we take great pride in creating quality products and we are continuously making improvements to them. We are aware of recent reports that some Joy-Con controllers are not responding correctly. We want our consumers to have fun with Nintendo Switch”.

As for a potential fix, the company didn’t give a definite answer. It seems that by sending your Joy-Con for maintenance won’t be a the solution as it’s reported that several players said that after getting their Joy-Con back from Nintendo, they’ve experience the same issue in the space of a few months.
