If you’re a fan of the global vocaloid sensation and you are living in Malaysia (or just happened to be in Malaysia for holidays), we have some good news for you. Astro is partnering with Crypton Future Media to bring the popular virtual idol live in person…you get what I mean.
The Hatsune Miku Expo 2017 will be happening in Malaysia on December 16th 2017 at the Axiata Arena in Bukit Jalil. It is said to be a one of a kind concert that will happen for one night only.

On concert day, fans can expect official merchandise booths, cosplayers, and other fun activities at the venue before Hatsune Miku takes the centre stage.
For those of you who aren’t aware, Hatsune Miku is a 16-year old, teal-haired cyber celebrity from Japan…because where else would something like this come from. She has over 2.5 million fans worldwide and about 80,000 of them in Malaysia. Recently, Hatsune Miku collaborated with artist Pharell Williams and even supported Lady Gaga on her ArtRave tour.
Malaysian superstar Zizan Razak and YouTube sensation Chaleeda Gilbert will open the concert for Hatsune Miku. There are a number of options if you want to purchase the ticket for the Hatsune Miku Expo 2017:

Pokdepinion: Not sure if I will be heading there myself, especially since I’m going for Comic Fiesta 2017. Perhaps if I have the energy, I’ll go over there. We’ll see. If you’re a fan of Hatsune Miku, you definitely should go. You don’t see this kind of thing happen often in Malaysia.
