Final Fantasy XV Multiplayer Expansion βComradesβ
Square Enix released a brand new trailer of Final Fantasy XVβs upcoming multiplayer expansion, which is known as βComrades.βEven more interesting, we get a release date for the DLC pack, which confirms a release date of October 31st 2017.
The trailer also includesΒ a brand-new track titled βChoosing Hope,β composed by Nobuo Uematsu, and sung by popular Japanese vocalist Emiko Suzuki.
Here is an overview ofΒ Comradesβ ownΒ story and features, straight from the press release.
If you havenβt played the main game yet, the game is pretty okay for most parts but I had problems with the later chapters as well as how the story ended. This multiplayer expansion has its own storyline so I got no problems with going back to the game.
Basically, players will take control of survivors of the Kingsglaive investigating on Noctisβ whereabouts after the events ofΒ Final Fantasy XVβs chapter 13. Other members of the cast including Gladiolus, Prompto and Ignis will be made playable in future updates.
Without further ado, if youβre fine with the spoilers, you can check out the trailer at the top of this post.Β Final Fantasy XVΒ is currently available for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, and will release for PC in early 2018.
