Sony has announced the another limited edition special for its PS5 DualSense controller, this time featuring popular action RPG title Genshin Impact. The new controller will be released to coincide with the launch Version “Luna III” (aka Version 6.2) on PlayStation 5.
DualSense Controller ft. Genshin Impact
The design was developed in collaboration with HoYoverse and incorporates elements referencing the thematic world of Genshin Impact; as such, the controller features a white, gold, and green color scheme with glyph-inspired artwork representing the game’s fantasy setting, including motifs associated with the Traveler twins Aether and Lumine, and their companion, Paimon.
As with many custom DualSense controllers before this one, the Genshin variant is functionality no different than the standard hardware. The custom paintjob does mean a slightly bumped price tag, and in this case you’ll be looking at paying RM419 for each of the Sony PlayStation 5 DualSense Wireless Controller – Genshin Impact Limited Edition (yep, that’s the full name). Pre-orders will open on December 11, 2025, at selected retailers, while the retail launch commences on January 21, 2026.
