Thief Returns Phone To Victim After Mistaking It For OnePlus 9 Pro
Getting your items stolen is never a good experience, especially when it comes to smartphones. Youβd think that once youβve lost it, youβd never see it ever again. Well that wasnβt the case as a thief returned a stolen phone to his victim after mistaking it for a OnePlus 9 Pro.
Thief returns phone to victim
The incident happened to legal journalist Debayan Roy in India, where he has tweeted that a thief robbed him of his Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus. He was confused when the thief made a run for it yet returned back to him and said βBhai mujhe laga One Plus 9 Pro model hai [Bro, I thought it was a OnePlus 9 Pro]β.Β The thief then quickly ran away after leaving the phone behind.
It may seemed like a marketing stunt for OnePlus, but Debayan has denied any suggestion of it on his social media.

Pokdepinion: Letβs just say that Iβm the thief, I donβt think Iβd be picky of what device that Iβve managed to snatch. He (the thief) must really want the OnePlus 9 Pro. Itβs not like everyday that youβd see a thief returns a phone to its original owner.
