iQOO Malaysia has provided an early look at the technologies featured in the soon-to-launch iQOO 15, which will be officially introduced in Malaysia on 9 December 2025. The new flagship from vivoβs sub-brand incorporates a new cooling system, a larger battery, and the new OriginOS 6 UI based on Android 16.
iQOO 15 Launch Date Confirmed
The iQOO 15 is equipped with an βUltra-Large 8K VC Cooling Systemβ built around a single-layer vapor chamber plate, combined with a dual-layer graphite structure and thermal gel to disperse heat more efficiently. Given that the company already announced itβll be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, every bit of cooling is needed to keep performance in its tip-top shape. On the software side, itβll be the first iQOO smartphone to feature OriginOS 6, which is the first version of the revamped UI released on globally-sold vivo/iQOO smartphones.
Another revealed figure is the 7000mAh battery, which is substantially larger than its predecessor iQOO 13 (at 6000mAh); it also supports 100W wired and 40W wireless charging, along with bypass charging mode to avoid producing extra heat in gaming sessions. iQOO says the battery uses fourth-generation silicon anode technology, and it claims the now larger capacity can deliver up to 10.5 hours of gaming or 32.6 hours of continuous YouTube playback on a full charge.

Design-wise, the iQOO 15 will continue to feature a LED ring surrounding the camera module, which includes three 50MP sensors for ultrawide, wide, and telephoto (with 3x optical zoom). Itβll sport a Samsung M14 LEAD OLED display with QHD+ resolution, with 2,600 nits HBM brightness and 7,000 nits HDR brightness. Finally, the promotional images show there will be two colors available: Legend and Zen.
Ahead of the launch, an online-exclusive Early Bird Sales promotion runs from 25 November to 8 December. Customers can reserve the iQOO 15 through official online channels and receive gifts worth RM1,370; Early Bird customers will also receive a two-year extended warranty and screen crack warranty.
