The folks over at Prasarana have announced a new MY30 PLUS30 promotion, where there is a buy 1 free 1 offer for the Rapid KL MY30 pass for RM30. This promotion will be happening from now until 31st March 2021, with redemption periods starting 15th January to 31st March 2021.

How this works is that with the Rapid KL MY30 pass, you can get a free voucher regardless of whether you’re renewing it or you’re a new user. You can then use this voucher to redeem the pass for free in the following month.

It’s worth noting that there are limitations as it will only be applicable to the first 8,333 redemptions, so it’s on a first come, first served basis. Furthermore, it’s only one redemption per person, and it’s non-transferable, so more people can enjoy the benefit. This offer will only be applicable for Malaysian citizens, and you can enjoy all the Rapid KL services in Klang Valley, including LRT, MRT, BRT, and Monorail.
