Razer Merchant Services Now Supports Apple Pay Nationwide
Starting today all merchants in Malaysia using Razer’s payment platform will be able to pay using Apple devices.
Razer Merchant Services – the B2B division of Razer Fintech – has announced that Apple Pay is supported across online and offline payment channels for ‘a more seamless and secure checkout experience’. Users simply pay using their Apple devices and authenticate using biometrics, device passcodes and OTPs.
Razer stated in the press release that ASEAN is currently the fastest-growing mobile wallet region in the world, with an increase of 41.4% CAGR by 2025 per study by Boku. “RMS’ merchants can now offer Apple Pay as a checkout option for customers for purchases online, in-app and in-store across Malaysia. Our merchants’ customers can now use Apple Pay to seamlessly pay, vastly improving convenience, while transacting securely,” said Lee Li Meng, CEO of Razer Fintech.
