GAMEMAX announced the launch of the NEX C56 and NEX C56 VC mid-tower PC cases, designed with an emphasis on airflow and internal layout flexibility. Both models adopt a 12-degree inclined airflow configuration that positions bottom and side intake fans at an angle to improve ventilation efficiency, and each ships with pre-installed 120mm reverse airflow ARGB fans to simplify the installation process.

GAMEMAX says both cases use a dual-chamber structure that separates the main components from the power supply and storage area, allowing cleaner cable routing and improved thermal management. The interior supports ATX motherboards, graphics cards up to 425mm in length, CPU air coolers up to 182mm in height, power supplies up to 220mm, plus dual 360mm radiators, and multiple storage configurations including both 3.5-inch HDDs and 2.5-inch SSDs. Vertical GPU installation is supported without obstructing bottom-mounted fans, and an adjustable GPU support bracket is included to reduce sag during extended use or system transport.

The key difference between NEX C56 and the NEX C56 VC mostly comes down to the top side: the former has a mesh panel that supports up to a 360mm AIO radiator, or simply be used as exhaust channel for stack effect cooling; in contrast, the latter (where β€˜VC’ stands for β€˜Vision Compact’) replaces the mesh top with tempered glass, forming a three-sided glass enclosure to provide an unobstructed internal view of the components.

As the result of the differences up top, the former supports a higher total fan count compared to the latter, though both models feature the same daisy-chained GAMEMAX NEX F120A/F120RA fans with a ring blade design. Front I/O, which is located at the bottom of the case, includes USB-C 10Gbps and two USB-A ports, while removable magnetic dust filters are placed on multiple intake areas to simplify maintenance.

In terms of pricing, it starts at US$69.99 for the NEX C56 and US$59.99 for the NEX C56 VC, with white-colored variations adding an extra five US dollars on top of their respective pricing.
