Fender Audio entered the Malaysia market with the launch of two personal audio products, the ELIE portable speaker series and the MIX headphones, following their debut at CES 2026.
Fender ELIE E6 & E12 Portable Speakers
The ELIE (stands for Extremely Loud Infinitely Expressive) portable speaker series is offered in smaller E6 (60W output) and bigger E12 (120W output) models, both designed for wireless and wired audio playback. The speakers integrate subwoofers and an audio processing “Waves” system-on-chip (SoC) intended to manage digital signal processing and power efficiency, which helps them deliver more powerful sound than other models in a similar footprint.
Both models supports up to four simultaneous audio channels with low latency, including a Bluetooth connection, a wired input (either XLR or 1/4″ audio jack), plus two additional wireless channels through compatible Fender Audio accessories. Like many contemporary portable speakers, they can be configured for stereo playback or synchronized across multiple units for expanded coverage.
Fender MIX Headphones
The MIX headphones feature a modular design and a wide range of connectivity options good enough to give even the versatility-focused gaming headsets a run for their money. You have the USB-C connection for modern smartphones, and a 3.5mm jack (though audio quality will differ when using this option), as well as a wireless USB-C transmitter for low-latency lossless audio, tucked behind a compartment hidden by its magnetic earpads.
The headphones use a pair of 40mm drivers, with active noise cancellation for your ears and environmental noise control for microphones, all with a claimed 100 hours of battery life without ANC, or roughly half that, at 52 hours, with ANC activated. If things break, fear not – the MIX’s components are modular (including the headband which has its own USB-C ports inside), which can be replaced over time.
Availability
In Malaysia, the ELIE 12 speaker is priced at RM1,899, while the ELIE 6 speaker and MIX headphones are priced at RM1,399 each. All three products are scheduled to be available through online and offline retail channels from March 2026.
