Sam Fisher’s Voice Actor Is Confident New Splinter Cell Game Is Coming

I think it’s safe to say that Splinter Cell is a huge franchise where gamers have long for a new sequel. So far that wish has yet to be fulfilled but according to a recent interview with the voice actor for Sam Fisher, it seems that there may be light at the end of the tunnel.

New Splinter Cell title coming?

Luca Ward, the voice actor for Sam Fisher has given hints on a new game title for Splinter Cell in an interview with Multiplayer.

Here’s what he had to say:

There is this return of Splinter Cell which should take place I think for a conclusive episode, but I’m not sure about this. However they have not yet figured out whether to do it in 2021. Before it had to be 2020, then what happened and in 2020 several big projects got stuck. Other went on like Cyberpunk 2077 on which I have almost finished working. But I am sure that Splinter Cell will return, this is a fact.

It’s worth noting that this isn’t the first time that a sequel to the Splinter Cell has been ‘teased’. Until an official announcement gets released, we should probably take this with a pinch of salt.
