Sony has added to their long list of accessories of camera accessories with the addition of the new GP-VPT2BT shooting grip with wireless remote commander.

Made for various types of content such as vlogs to travel photography, the new grip provides stability with the benefit of cable-free connectivity as well as a dust and moisture resistant design.

The GP-VPT2BT is compatible with Sony’s latest digital cameras and can be connected through Bluetooth. Its new grip includes a tilt feature that allows for flexible vertical angle adjustment as well as the ability to change from normal to self-shooting mode.

Adding to that, it features an adjustment wheel, which can be loosened or tightened, which allows for operation with cameras of different sizes and weights. It also comes with a flip button, indicator light, and a lock switch.

You can easily change it to become a tripod by simply expanding the bottom portion, enabling easy stable, hands-free shooting.

It is scheduled for a release in Malaysia this month (January 2020), though the official price is yet to be announced.
