Respawn to Ban Bad Teammates in Apex Legends

If youβre used to getting your teammates to do all the work in Apex Legends, then this will be some grim news for you. It appears that Respawn Entertainment is working on a punishment feature for bad teammates in the game.
According to an update post onΒ Reddit, Respawn Entertainment will temporarily banning players who participate in βpiggy-backing.β In more extreme cases players could face a permanent ban. Based on data and user feedback, the problem seemed prominent enough where it needed to be addressed. Banning will not come immediately, but Respawn wanted to give players a warning before starting so players could adjust their playstyle accordingly.
Additionally, the Reddit post also gives us new details on upcoming changes coming toΒ Apex LegendsΒ in the form of character hitboxes, audio adjustments, and some more minor changes.
In a blog post from Respawn Entertainment earlier this month, the team announced that they had bannedΒ over 770,000 cheatersΒ inΒ Apex Legends.Β So with that alongside this new update, players should have a much more enjoyable experience in-game as the developer intended.
Since the gameβs launch, the studio has shifted their focus towardsΒ Apex Legends,Β βpushing out plansβΒ for the next entry in theΒ TitanfallΒ series. This should be good news for hardcoreΒ players as many have criticized the game for rolling out large updates at a slower pace when compared to competitors. Aside from that, the studio is also working on Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order.
Apex LegendsΒ is available now as a free-to-play title on PS4, Xbox One, and PC.

Pokdepinion: Iβve come across a few players who do absolutely nothing but just run around, and itβs frustrating. Thank god for this.
