New Battle Royale Game Radical Heights Unveiled
Boss Key Production releasedΒ LawBreakersΒ on PC and PS4 last year. The game unfortunately underperformed, so the developers recentlyΒ shared their plansΒ to move on from the game Today, we got our first glimpse at whatβs next for the studio, and its a free-to-play battle royale game calledΒ Radical Heights.Β
The game will actually be availalble onΒ SteamΒ for free starting April 10th 2018, but will be in Early Access, or as Boss Key Productions describes it βX-TREME Early Accessβ. The developers decided to go with Early Access as they could start building a community right away while also getting feedback quickly from fans.
Radical HeightsΒ will stay free-to-play, even after it leaves Early Access, which Boss Key Production plans on keeping the game in for about a year.
Zach Lowery, Creative Director ofΒ Radical Heights, said:
This is a 5 month passion project for the studio as weβre creating and publishing the game entirely by ourselves. Weβre huge fans of Battle Royale games along with the bright, inviting irreverence of the 80βs aesthetic.
Because of that, we want to put our own spin on the genre and create a futuristic 80βs world that takes place in 2023 during an over-the-top game show where contestant battle it out for fame and prizes.

Radical HeightsΒ has an undeniable 80βs theme, and takes place in a sunny dome in Southern California. As is typical for the genre, players will drop in, pick up weapons, and aim to be the last one standing.Β Radical HeightsΒ is attempting to set itself apart though, as its features BMX bikes for players to ride, and lets plays bank cash that they gain from killing enemies, which can later be used to by new outfits or purchase weapons early in the next game.
You can check out the gameβs reveal trailer at the top of this post.Β Radical HeightsΒ will be available on Steam via Early Access beginning April 10th 2018.
Pokdepinion: I suppose if youβre not playing PUBG and if youβre sorta bored of Fortnite, you can always give Radical Heights a try since it is free. Just keep in mind that it is a Steam Early Access title.

This whole battle royale thing is getting completely out of hand haha.
Can’t disagree there, buddy. Everyone’s leaping into that battle royale monies, hahaha.
