CelcomDigi Berhad today announced its fourth quarter and full year results for the financial year ended 31 December 2025, reporting performance in line with its stated guidance while continuing the execution of its large-scale integration and transformation program.
CelcomDigi 4Q25 & FY2025 Performance
For FY2025, CelcomDigi reported a total revenue rose 2.2% YoY to RM12,958 million, with its service revenue up 1.1% to RM10,906 million; earnings before interest and tax (EBIT) grew 15.7% YoY to RM2,672 million, while profit after tax (PAT) increased 10.1% to RM1,530 million. The company declared a final dividend of 3.6 sen per share, bringing the total dividend for FY2025 to 14.7 sen per share. It ended the year with a subscriber base of 20.6 million.
CelcomDigiβs three-year integration and transformation program progressed further during the year, with network modernization and integration exceeding 90% completion, whereas IT consolidation is 80% complete following the transition of channel management systems in the fourth quarter. The final phases of enterprise resource planning and customer relationship management systems are said to remain on track for completion in early 2027.
On the retail front, more than 60 CelcomDigi stores were modernized, and the refresh of over 300 exclusive partner stores nationwide reached about two-thirds completion. The CelcomDigi app, also introduced last year, recorded over 5.5 million registered users within its first three months since launch, as at end-2025. Some other highlights include: postpaid subscriber numbers continued to increase in FY2025, with the base expanding by 307,000 to reach 6.09 million (+81,000 in 4Q25); prepaid subscriber numbers took a hit with total subscriber base down 580,000 (-65,000 in 4Q25) to 12.28 million by year end. Home and fiber services recorded strong subscriber growth in FY2025, with the base rising to 285,000, up 52.4% YoY with 98,000 new additions.
For FY2026, CelcomDigi expects service revenue and EBIT to grow at βlow single-digitβ rates, with capital expenditure intensity projected at between 12-13% as the company enters its next phase of growth on the back of a strengthened operational foundation.
