ASRock unveiled two new Intel C232 motherboards for Xeon E3 1200 V5
It’s look like ASRock also joining the “Xeon can Gaming too” party with two new motherboards base on Intel C232 Express Chipset which is exclusive for the Intel Xeon E3 1200 V5 processors.
The first motherboard will be ASRock Fatal1ty E3V5 Performance Gaming/OC. With rich gaming DNA in it the ASRock Fatal1ty E3V5 Performance Gaming/OC is fully equipped with Gaming Armor, Super Alloy, ASRock Hyper BLCK Engine and DDR4 Non-Z OC to ensure the system’s overall performance.
The second motherboard is aims for designer or content creators. Akins to its gaming oriented counterpart the ASRock E3V5 WS is also lack of support for integrated graphics output but as it built exclusive for Intel Xeon E3 1200 V5 it will supports both normal and ECC modules. It’s also supports AMD FirePro and NVIDIA Quadro graphic card. An Intel I1219LM LAN chip will provide server grade internet connection and the ASRock E3V5 WS also support server operating systems.
Pokdepinion: It’s look like the Intel Xeon E3 1200 V5 is getting more attention by PC manufacturers, with ECC RAM support I bet many PC builder will bought cheap refurbished ECC RAM to save more money.
