Logitech finally has an all-new gaming keyboard worthy of your attention: the new G512 X is the brandβs first to feature TMR (tunneling magnetoresistance) sensors on its switches, and itβs also the first ever model from the brand to use 75% and 96% layouts, along with several other modern-day creature comforts.
Logitech G512 X Gaming Keyboard

The Logitech G512 X uses the latest TMR implementation for its analog keys, which is more power-efficient (although irrelevant in this case since this keyboard is wired-only) and more precise compared to Hall Effect switches, and TMR is pretty new even in high-end controllers from brands like Razer. On top of featuring fully customizable actuation between 0.1 β 4.0mm, the keys themselves also can be paired with βSecond Actuation Pressure Pointβ (SAPP) rings to enable tactile feedback on specific actuation points.

For the specific 39 keys on the keyboard with βhybrid switch bedsβ (which includes mostly the left side of the alphanumeric section plus arrow keys), users can also swap between Gateron KS-20 analog switches (nine provided in the box) and Kailh linear/tactile mechanical switches; when performing the swap, Logitech says a scan mode must be initiated via a dedicated key at the back to detect the correct switches, while further customization can be done via G HUB software.

As with most competitive-focused keyboards, the G512 X also supports up to 8,000Hz polling rate, along with rapid trigger, and SOCD key priority mode. Thereβs also two programmable dials on the top right corner of the keyboard which is customizable via software, and the construction involves PBT keycaps, as well as silicon gasket mounts to improve typing feel and dampens the keyboardβs sound signature.

Logitech engineers apparently have gone pretty wild with the design of this keyboard by the looks of it, with dedicated onboard storage on the rear side for the nine Gateron analog switches, five SAPP rings, along with compartments for the switch and keycap puller (which also functions as height-extending feet). At the front, youβll find a full-length RGB light bar that can be paired with optional transparent acrylic palm rest to properly flex your desk setups with more RGB surface area than you could ask for.

The Logitech G512 X will be available in Malaysia from 16 May 2026 through authorized retailers and official online stores on Lazada and Shopee. The 75% version is priced at RM799, while the 96% version is priced at RM829; both models will be available in black and white color options.
Pokdepinion: Finally Logitech has made a properly modern-day keyboard with how much it lagged behind competition before this.
