Apple has consolidated all of its enterprise tools into a newly-unified Apple Business banner, which now integrates device management, communication tools and business services into a single platform for organizations. All tools will be available free of charge, in more than 200 countries and regions starting 14 April this year, the company has announced.
Apple Business Goes Live On 14 April

The new platform will feature built-in mobile device management (MDM), which was previously a subscription-based feature; with this, the new Blueprints feature allows users to quickly deploy Apple devices in specified settings and installed apps βwithout dedicated IT resources,β Apple says. Organizations can further opt-in additional iCloud storage and AppleCare+ for Business, and deployed devices will get a dedicated companion app to set up apps for work, exchange colleague contacts, and request IT support.

Apple Business also enables organizations to create and manage work accounts with βcryptographic separationβ between corporate and personal data, with integration via external identity providers such as Google Workspace and Microsoft Entra ID. Admins can also utilize features like user group management, app distribution, and access to Admin API for larger deployments. As standard, the platform includes integrated email, calendar and directory services, and they can bring custom domain names (or buy a new one) to establish branding.
Once Apple Business goes live this April, it will replace Apple Business Essentials, Apple Business Manager, and Apple Business Connect altogether; existing data from current services will be migrated automatically, and subscription fees will no longer apply once the unified platform goes live. Certain features, including the companion app and communication tools, will require the latest versions of Apple operating systems β namely, iOS 26, iPadOS 26, and macOS 26.
