Acer has officially introduced the Acerpure CHEF KV1 to the Malaysian market, functioning as a compact smart steam oven that combines steam and baking functions to address the common issue of food becoming dry or rubbery during cooking or reheating (referred as βdry-outβ).
Acerpure CHEF KV1

On the outside, the Acerpure CHEF KV1 features 10L capacity, 304 stainless steel construction and a matte white design aligning with modern kitchen spaces. Inside, it integrates a 5cc precision steam injection system with dual quartz heating elements to maintain moisture inside food while creating a crispy texture outside. An NTC (Negative Temperature Coefficient) sensor helps to keep the internal temperatures consistent to cook food evenly, reducing the likelihood of overcooking or undercooking.
Through the LED touch panel, the CHEF KV1 supports configurable temperature range from 100Β°C to 230Β°C, with cooking durations ranging a 30-second warm-up to a 30-minute full heating. Thereβs 9 preset cooking modes designed for common dishes including pizza, pastries and baked chicken wings, and thereβs even a dedicated βCaramelizeβ mode that activates the upper heating element to brown the surface of dishes such as gratin, cheese toast and desserts, while maintaining softer textures inside.

The Acerpure CHEF KV1 is priced at RM799 and is available through the Acer eStore as well as the Acerpure official stores on Shopee and Lazada.
Pokdepinion: Very minimalist-looking.
