Samsung Introduces Galaxy Buds4 Pro and Buds4, Redefining Premium Sound and All-Day Comfort

Samsung has introduced its latest premium wireless earbuds, the Samsung Galaxy Buds4 Pro and Samsung Galaxy Buds4, combining upgraded hi-fi sound performance with improved ergonomics and deeper AI integration. The new Galaxy Buds4 series aims to deliver superior audio quality alongside all-day comfort, reflecting Samsung’s focus on blending technical innovation with practical, everyday usability.

Refined Design Backed by Computational Engineering

Samsung said the Buds4 series debuts a new “blade” design identity, developed through computational modeling based on hundreds of millions of global ear data points and more than 10,000 simulations.

The result is a slimmer, more ergonomic fit with smaller earbud heads designed for improved stability and comfort during extended wear. A stabilized blade structure with a premium metal finish and engraved pinch control area allows users to adjust settings more intuitively. The earbuds are housed in a redesigned transparent clamshell-style charging case that highlights the blade design while improving portability and ease of use.

The Samsung Galaxy Buds4 Pro adopts a canal-fit architecture for immersive sound and advanced functionality, while the Samsung Galaxy Buds4 features an open-fit design aimed at delivering a lighter, more user-friendly listening experience.

Both models are available in White and Black with a matte finish. The Buds4 Pro also comes in an online-exclusive Pink Gold colorway.

Larger Woofer, Richer Sound

A key hardware upgrade in the Buds4 Pro is the introduction of a wider woofer. Samsung says the redesigned woofer increases the effective speaker area by nearly 20% compared to the previous generation, while maintaining wearability.

Paired with a tweeter, the two-way speaker system supports 24-bit/96kHz audio, delivering enhanced clarity across a broad frequency range, from detailed high notes to deeper bass tones. The speaker placement has also been optimized to strengthen Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) while minimizing interference from wind and ambient noise.

Smarter Adaptive Sound and Clearer Calls

The Galaxy Buds4 series builds on Samsung’s adaptive sound technologies with enhanced Active Noise Cancellation that dynamically reduces environmental noise, from low-frequency engine sounds during travel to general background chatter.

An upgraded Adaptive ANC and Adaptive EQ system analyzes wearing conditions and ear shape to apply real-time adjustments for more personalized sound tuning.

For calls, Super Clear Call technology leverages super wideband audio and machine learning-based noise reduction to improve voice clarity and double the bandwidth of conventional Bluetooth calls. Samsung says the feature is designed to maintain vocal clarity even in noisy environments such as restaurants, sporting events or playgrounds.

Deeper AI and Ecosystem Integration

The Buds4 series expands integration within the Galaxy ecosystem. Users can activate AI agents, including Bixby, Gemini and Perplexity AI, through voice commands, enabling hands-free interaction without needing to access their smartphones.

With Buds4 Pro, users can access AI features directly from the earbuds, helping streamline daily tasks while staying engaged with their surroundings.

Galaxy device users can also connect the earbuds instantly by simply opening the charging case, without installing the Galaxy Wearable app. Settings such as volume and equalizer adjustments can be accessed via the shortcut menu or Quick Panel.

Additionally, Buds4 Pro introduces Head Gesture controls, allowing users to manage calls or interact with Bixby through simple head movements.

The Galaxy Buds4 series is available for pre-order in select markets starting Feb 26, 2026, with general availability beginning March 11, 2026.
