Google Chrome Trialing “Organize Tabs” Feature To Sort Out Tabs For You
If you’re one of those users who open tons of tabs above and often got lost in the way, this feature could very well be your life savior. Google is found to be testing a new feature on Google Chrome’s “Canary” build that is named “Organize Tabs”.
The name itself is fairly self-explanatory, but here’s lowdown: the browser will figure out what kind of tabs you have opened, and will try to group them into Tab Groups (an existing feature) so you don’t need to arrange them manually. There’s no detail on how the process is done, but it’s safe to say there’s some AI involvement going on here, as context awareness is required to understand what kind of tabs a user have opened in their browsers.

A good news for frequent tab-openers, then – though it’s unclear when this feature will get finalized into release channel. In the meantime, perhaps do a tab cleanup and close unneeded ones?
